About Me

Thank you so much for inquiring about my services!

I have a Master of Social Work from Springfield College and Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Central Connecticut State University.  I am licensed in the State of CT as a Master Social Worker (LMSW).  

My experience includes 17+ years in municipal social services, as well as, intensive internships in schools and child welfare offices.   I have also served on numerous non-profit and state boards.

As a Social Worker, I have a keen interest in assisting individuals, families and caregivers as they, or their loved one, transitions through the different stages of their LIFESPAN.  I enjoy solving problems and coming up with creative ways to help people with their needs.  I have developed a wealth of knowledge and experience having dealt with many different situations.

I am married and my husband, Tim, and I have a very spoiled English Bulldog, Mercy.   We love to camp and many times you will find us pulling Mercy in her Radio Flyer wagon (as she can only walk short distances).  

Since I was a child, I knew that helping people is what I wanted to do; it's just something that is in me.  Let me help you and, in turn, reduce stress in your life and provide you peace of mind!
