Services for Caregivers
- Decision making assistance on whether your loved one should stay in their home, move to assisted living facility, or another type of residence. I will also schedule visits and/or tour these facilities with you.
- Determining what needs and services are available to keep your loved one independent, and assistance with setting up these providers to come into their home.
- Resources and answers for loved ones who become responsible for someone else's care.
- Assistance with understanding how your loved one's Social Security and Medicare work, including what is covered and what is not.
- Assistance with applying for Title 19 (Medicaid).
- Filling-in when a healthcare decision maker goes on vacation, lives out of state, or is working and needs someone to attend doctor appointments, or to go see their loved one in the hospital. Providing reports back to you for decision making purposes.
- Case management services.
- Wellness home visits to determine your loved ones abilities (capability to cook, clean home, wash clothes, shower, navigate stairs, pay bills, etc.).
- Mobile notary services.
