Information regarding Appointments

Thank you so much for your interest in my services.  Appointments can be scheduled by calling 860-516-5260 or by emailing joy@laps-ct.com.   Normal business hours are M-F, 8am - 5pm.  Appointments during off hours or on weekends can be accommodated, as available.  Please contact me for more information. 

Prior to meeting (virtually or in-person), a service agreement will need to be signed.   Please provide your email address when booking an appointment so that the service agreement can be emailed to you prior to your appointment.  If you do not have email, I can mail you the service agreement or provide it to you at the beginning of an in-person meeting.

Please be aware that all information provided to me is confidential to the fullest extent of the law.  As a mandated reporter, I am obligated to report any suspected abuse or neglect.

Payment is made at time of service.
